Clamps
Clamps remain the property of Integrity Industries. If the lease is terminated all clamps must be returned in good working order.
Design Upgrades / Replacements
Integrity Industries wants the safest and most efficient designs available in the hands of our partner's crews. As the design is upgraded, existing clamps will be replaced. For each clamp returned, a new design will be issued. All you pay is shipping and handling. Broken clamps are replaced at no charge, provided no abuse is found. Shipping and handling are not included.
Metalurgical bolt anaylisis
Metallurgical bolt evaluation includes chemical analysis of any CUI present. A summary report will be returned within 1 week after receipt, and the required details received. Each additional bolt analysis is $100.00 for each occurrence.
2-part Certifications C1 = Clamp Installation and Removal C2 = Insulation Removal and Re-Installation.
Level 1 certification includes up to 4 employees. Certification is conducted at Integrity Industries locations. Certification will be on the Integrity Industries pressurized test stand, including Straight couplings, Elbows, and Tees to 100 PSI water pressure. Bolts must be removed and replaced without leaks. Level 2 & 3 remote training is included, excluding travel and living expenses. Each customer must provide a facility that has water available and drainage capabilities for water. Integrity Industries must approve the location and has the right to refuse unacceptable locations. Insulation certification included section removal of multi-layer insulation systems and the re-insulation of each sectional. Insulation material and vapor barriers can be substituted, but additional costs may apply. Two paper certificates will be issued after each employee passes the certifications.
Video Consultations
30-minute Xoom or similar online live video consultation with Integrity Industries support technicians. Timing is according to availability and must be scheduled in advance with Integrity Industries. Additional consultation sessions are available at the cost of $80.00 per 30-minute session.
Eddy Current CUI Testing
Eddy Current Testing is quoted per project. A sight visit may be necessary to offer a more accurate quotation. Budget quotations may fluctuate by a margin of 10% from field estimations.
